Congratulations Team Tidal Wave! We have made it to the final lap… 2 weeks before we put an exclamation mark on this 2025 season!
🌊 The Tidal Wave waters proved to be TOO mighty for the Springboard Barracudas! Despite an early morning, and following 4th of July festivities, the Tidal Waves persevered and notched the points needed to tally the win.

🏊🏼♂️ The Alexandria NCAP (Nation’s Capital Swim Club) Program (J&M Swim is the official name of the Alexandria Program) is offering a generous scholarship to one swimmer from the Virginia Hills Tidal Wave! NCAP is a year-round swim program with optional swim meets along the way. Many swimmers from the Tidal Wave swim in the program and practices are held at Franconia REC Center and (the new) Mount Vernon REC Center.
If you are interested in applying for this scholarship, please complete this J&M SWIM APPLICATION. Applications are due by Friday, July 18 at noon.
